For over a decade, I’ve been creating handbound books using traditional, old-world techniques celebrating the artistry and craftsmanship of generations past. Every detail is carefully considered, with materials exclusively made in the USA.

I have studied independently and also trained under Erica Ekrem, a celebrated binder now based in South Dakota. See more of her work here.

Our leathers are sourced from Horween, renowned for its heritage tannages and time-honored craftsmanship. Each hide is still processed by hand, just as it was generations ago. The pages come from French Paper Co., a sixth-generation, family-run mill powered by water and committed to sustainability with 100% recycled materials. Even the thread we use is linen, coated with beeswax and stitched by hand to ensure durability and beauty.
